How do I join my child's classroom?

Ask your school administrator for your unique join code (for example, DEMO-36AA37). Once entered in the app, your family profile will be linked to your child's classroom and approved by the office.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time directly inside the app under Family > Account > Delete my account, or online at our dedicated Account Deletion Page. Deletion cascades across your authentication credentials, private messages, and keepsake tags.

How are photos and memories handled?

Classroom photos shared by teachers can be viewed and saved at full resolution for free. Parents can also upload private home memories in the Photos tab.

How do daily care reports work?

Fill out the morning slip in under 20 seconds before drop-off. At the end of the day, teachers provide calm summaries of meals, naps, work cycle milestones, and incidental care notes.
